For embroidery logo orders requiring a digital proof, production begins once you have approved the design. This allows you to confirm your logo before stitching starts. Not every embroidery order requires a separate proof.

Individual name embroidery is not currently available through the standard online options, but we can arrange it by request. Simply contact us for a personalised quote.
Returning customer? If we already hold your approved embroidery file and you are using the same logo at the same size, there is no additional setup fee.

Standard production time: 5–10 working days
Express service: +£3 per garment, up to 50 pieces, ready in 4 working days (orders placed before 12:00 noon)
Production times may be affected by artwork changes or delayed proof approval, so approving your proof promptly helps keep your order on schedule.
