Embroidery creates a professional, durable stitched finish. It is ideal for company logos on suitable polo shirts, fleeces, jackets, sweatshirts and caps.
DTF printing is perfect for detailed, full-colour logos, larger designs and branding on suitable garments, including hi-vis vests.

HOW BULK WORKWEAR ORDERS WORK
Ordering branded workwear for your team is straightforward.
1. Choose your workwear
Select the garments you need, including different styles, sizes and colours. You can include polos, T-shirts, hoodies, jackets and other suitable workwear in the same enquiry.
2. Tell us about your branding
Let us know where you would like your company logo, whether you prefer embroidery or printing, and whether you need different designs or branding positions.
3. Receive your quotation
We review your garment quantities and customisation requirements to help you understand the total cost, including any applicable quantity-based pricing.
4. Approve your artwork where required
We provide digital proofs for embroidery logo orders where required, giving you the opportunity to review the design before production.
5. Production and delivery
Your order is produced in-house in Manchester, quality-checked and prepared for delivery across the UK.
Our standard production timeframe is 5–10 working days. Express Production may be available for eligible orders of up to 50 garments, with a maximum of two customisations per garment, at an additional £3 per garment. Eligible orders can be ready in 4 working days, subject to our Express conditions. Delivery time is additional.

Can I order different garment sizes and colours?
Yes. You can order different sizes and colours to suit your team, subject to availability for each garment.
Can I combine T-shirts, polos, hoodies and jackets in one order?
Yes. You can combine different types of clothing in one order or quotation request.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. W18 Workwear has no minimum order quantity. We supply individual personalised items as well as larger orders for businesses.
Does the price include the clothing and company logo?
The garment and each customisation are priced separately. The total depends on the products, quantities, logo sizes and decoration requirements.
Can I use more than one company logo?
Yes, multiple logos or branding positions may be possible, depending on the garment and available customisation options. Additional decorations are priced accordingly.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Digital proofs are provided for embroidery logo orders where required. Other decoration types may have different preview or approval arrangements.
Can I reorder the same branded clothing later?
Yes. Returning customers can reorder suitable garments and reuse existing approved branding files where available. Garment availability and current pricing may vary.
How do I get a bulk workwear quotation?
Tell us the garments you need, approximate quantities, logo requirements and any deadlines. We will help you review the available options.
