All printing is produced in-house in the UK using professional equipment, giving us direct control over production quality, consistency and the finished result.

DTF printing is our primary method for adding logos, text and full-colour graphics to suitable workwear and clothing. It allows detailed designs, gradients and multiple colours to be reproduced with a smooth, flexible finish.

DTF works particularly well where a design needs more colour or detail than embroidery can comfortably reproduce, while still providing a durable finish for regular use.

DTF prints are designed for regular everyday use and can provide a durable finish when garments are cared for correctly.

To help protect the print and maintain colour and flexibility over time, we recommend:

washing garments inside out
using lower wash temperatures
avoiding harsh detergents where possible
avoiding tumble drying where possible
not ironing directly over the printed area

You can review your design while personalising your garment before checkout, allowing you to check the general layout, print size and placement before placing your order.

Please note:

on-screen previews are for guidance only
final positioning follows our standard production guidelines
print size and placement may vary slightly between garment sizes
minor differences can occur because garments are not identical in shape or construction

These small variations are normal and help us achieve the best visual balance across different garment sizes.

💡 OUR WORKWEAR PRINTING PROCESS

Ordering custom printed workwear and clothing is straightforward:

⚡ Turnaround & Express Production

Standard print production takes 5–10 working days, depending on order size.

For faster production, select Express Dispatch at checkout on eligible orders:

• up to 50 garments
• maximum two customisations per garment
• £3 surcharge per garment
• production within four working days

Orders confirmed before 12:00 noon can start that working day. Orders confirmed at 12:00 noon or later start on the next working day. Working days exclude weekends and England bank holidays.

Artwork changes or missing order information may extend production time. Courier delivery time is additional.

🌈 Sublimation Printing

In addition to DTF printing, we also offer sublimation printing for selected products where this method is the most suitable choice.

Sublimation works by transferring the design into the surface of the material rather than creating a separate layer on top. This can produce a smooth, long-lasting finish with excellent colour clarity on compatible products.

Sublimation is commonly used for:

mugs and drinkware
promotional items
selected polyester-based products
personalised gifts and branded merchandise

Availability depends on the product, material and construction.

Sublimation is a strong choice where the product and material are compatible with the process. Because the design becomes part of the surface rather than sitting on top, it can produce a smooth finish with excellent colour clarity and no raised print layer.

This method is best suited to light-coloured, coated or polyester-based surfaces.

Sublimation is not suitable for every product or material, so availability depends on the item being personalised.

Please note:

sublimation is material-dependent
it is not suitable for standard cotton garments
best results are achieved on light-coloured, coated or polyester-based surfaces
colours may vary slightly depending on the material and screen settings
on-screen previews are for guidance only
minor colour or positioning variations can occur during production

If a product is not suitable for sublimation, we will recommend the most appropriate alternative print method.
