Our Express Dispatch service is designed for urgent orders when time really matters.
Whether it’s a last-minute job, event, replacement uniform or tight deadline — we offer a fast, reliable turnaround without compromising quality.
All express orders are produced in-house in the UK, giving us full control over speed and accuracy.
🚀 What Is Express Dispatch?
Express Dispatch is a priority production service that shortens standard turnaround times for eligible orders.
Express production time:
- Up to 4 working days
- Orders confirmed before 12:00 noon can start that working day. Orders confirmed at 12:00 noon or later start on the next working day. Working days exclude weekends and England bank holidays.
- Subject to artwork approval (where applicable)
This service is ideal for small teams, urgent replacements or time-sensitive projects.
👕 What Orders Qualify?
Express Dispatch is available for:
- Orders of up to 50 garments
- A maximum of 2 customisations per garment (e.g. front logo + back logo)
- Print and embroidery orders
Availability may vary depending on product type and current workload.
If your order is not eligible, we’ll let you know before processing.
💷 Express Service Cost
- £3 per garment (in addition to standard pricing)
- Displayed clearly at checkout
- No hidden charges
To order, choose your garments, add your print or embroidery and select Express Dispatch at checkout.
Express is available for eligible orders of up to 50 garments, with a maximum of two customisations per garment. The £3 surcharge applies once per garment, not per logo.
Express speeds up production. Allow additional time for your chosen delivery service.
🧵 Artwork & Approval
Embroidered logos, including large embroidered logos, require digital proof approval before embroidery production begins. A separate proof is optional for embroidered text and print customisations.
You can review your design while personalising your garment before checkout. The on-screen preview is for guidance and is not an exact production proof.
⏳ Where proof approval is required, the production timer pauses from the time the proof is sent until approval. It then resumes without resetting the time already elapsed.
📍 Delivery Address
Orders can be delivered to:
- home addresses
- business addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we send a dispatch confirmation by email. Where tracking is available, the email includes the tracking details.

Express Dispatch refers to production speed, not courier transit time.
