Our Express Dispatch service is designed for urgent orders when time really matters.
Whether it’s a last-minute job, event, replacement uniform or tight deadline — we offer a fast, reliable turnaround without compromising quality.
All express orders are produced in-house in the UK, giving us full control over speed and accuracy.
🚀 What Is Express Dispatch?
Express Dispatch is a priority production service that shortens standard turnaround times for eligible orders.
Express production time:
- Up to 4 working days
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon
- Subject to artwork approval (where applicable)
This service is ideal for small teams, urgent replacements or time-sensitive projects.
👕 What Orders Qualify?
Express Dispatch is available for:
- Orders of up to 50 garments
- A maximum of 2 customisations per garment (e.g. front logo + back logo)
- Print and embroidery orders
Availability may vary depending on product type and current workload.
If your order is not eligible, we’ll let you know before processing.
💷 Express Service Cost
- £3 per garment (in addition to standard pricing)
- Displayed clearly at checkout
- No hidden charges
🧵 Artwork & Approval
- Embroidery orders require proof approval before production
- Print orders include a live preview during checkout
⏳ Please note:
Production time starts after payment and approval.
Delays in approving proofs may extend the dispatch date — even on express orders.
📍 Delivery Address
Orders can be delivered to:
- home addresses
- business addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
- All orders are sent with full tracking
- Tracking details are sent automatically by email once your order is dispatched
If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact us.

Express Dispatch refers to production speed, not courier transit time.
