These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with W18 Workwear.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” – W18 Workwear
- “You”, “Customer” – the person or business placing an order
- “Products” – garments and accessories sold on our website
- “Personalised Products” – items with embroidery, print or customisation
- “Plain Products” – items without personalisation
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by W18 Workwear.
Once an order is placed:
- production begins after payment is received
- changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for personalised items
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
4. Artwork & Proof Approval
- Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork accuracy
- For embroidery, a visual proof will be provided for approval
- Production will not begin until approval is received
Delays in approval may extend production and dispatch times.
5. Personalised Products
Personalised products are made specifically to your requirements.
As standard under UK law:
- personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect
- minor variations in colour, placement or size are not considered faults

On-screen previews and visual representations are provided for guidance only.
Final placement and scale of embroidery or print may vary depending on garment size, cut and production requirements.
Such variations are considered standard practice and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
6. Plain (Non-Personalised) Products
Plain products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- items are unused and unwashed
- original tags are attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
7. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£)
- We are not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged
- Prices exclude delivery unless stated otherwise
Payment must be made in full before production begins.
8. Setup Charges
Where applicable, setup charges apply for first-time artwork preparation.
Setup fees are charged:
- once per artwork
- per size used
Returning customers using the same artwork at the same size will not be charged again.
9. Production Times
Production times are estimates and begin after:
- payment confirmation
- artwork approval (where required)
Standard production: 5–10 working days
Express Dispatch: up to 4 working days (eligible orders only)
10. Express Dispatch
Express Dispatch is a priority production service and:
- applies only to eligible orders
- does not guarantee delivery times
- may be withdrawn during peak periods

11. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates provided by third-party couriers.
We are not responsible for:
- courier delays after dispatch
- failed deliveries due to incorrect address details

12. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- contact us within 14 days of delivery
- provide photographic evidence
We will offer, in order:
- reproduction
- replacement
- refund (if reproduction is not possible)
13. Colours, Samples & Variations
Due to differences in screens, materials and production methods:
- colours may vary slightly
- embroidery and print results may differ from on-screen previews
Such variations are not considered faults.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- our liability is limited to the value of the order
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
15. Intellectual Property
- Customers confirm they have the right to use uploaded logos or designs
- We accept no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement
All website content remains the property of W18 Workwear.
16. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
- supplier disruption
- courier strikes
- extreme weather
- technical failures
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
