At W18 Workwear, we keep our pricing clear and transparent, so you can easily compare our embroidery prices, printing prices and setup charges before placing an order.
Personalisation prices are based on the number of applications in your order, with lower application prices available at higher quantities. Embroidery may also require a one-time setup fee when a new logo or embroidery size is prepared for the first time.
All printing and embroidery is produced in-house, giving us direct control over production, quality and turnaround.

⚙️ EMBROIDERY PRICES & SETUP CHARGES
Setup charges apply only when artwork needs to be prepared for embroidery. Standard printed logos and text do not have a setup fee.
For a new embroidered logo, we charge a one-time setup fee for each embroidery size required.

Returning embroidery customers can reuse an existing approved embroidery file at the same size with no additional setup fee.
A new setup fee may apply if the logo artwork changes or a different embroidery size is required.
⚡ Express Production
Need your order sooner? Our Express Production service is designed for smaller, time-sensitive orders where a faster turnaround is required.
It works particularly well for urgent replacements, new starters, events, launches and smaller team orders.
Current Express conditions:
- available for up to 50 garments
- maximum 2 customisations per item
- +£3 per garment
- Production within four working days on eligible orders. Orders confirmed before 12:00 noon can start that working day; orders confirmed at 12:00 noon or later start on the next working day.
Working days exclude weekends and England bank holidays. Where embroidery proof approval is required, the production timer pauses while approval is outstanding. Courier delivery time is additional.
Express availability depends on the garments being available and the order being ready for production.
Artwork changes, delayed approvals or missing order information may extend the turnaround, so please respond promptly if we need to contact you.

For larger orders, mixed garment bundles or requirements not covered by the standard embroidery prices and printing rates above, we can prepare a custom quote based on your exact needs.
